Credit risk and portfolio monitoring
Independent and free of conflict of interest: we do not lend, insure or trade what we measure.

Concentration by region or municipality with a warning, and past droughts replayed on today’s portfolio.
In practice: Before the season you replay the 2018 drought on today’s book and see how many parcels and hectares it would hit in each region.
PDF and Excel with the model version and the score change against the previous quarter.
In practice: At quarter end the committee gets a PDF with the portfolio summary on page one, the analyst an Excel file with every parcel and all six components.

How a score is produced and reproduced.
Each score stores every component’s raw value and the model version; the same inputs always give the same score, so an auditor can recompute it.
All actions in the risk domain are logged, with data segregated from the farm platform.
Access to the RISK workbench is issued by Agrovisio. Send a sample of up to 200 parcels with your request and we return a scored portfolio report with the full component breakdown, under NDA, at no cost.
Please include portfolio size and the jurisdictions in scope.
